Our multi-disciplinary team has many years of experience of electronic product design…..both in function delivery and aesthetics. Precision and Accuracy designed in and subsequently built-in in manufacturing is a must. CW Applied Technology (Shannon) Ltd came into being as a result of a Management Buy Out from Connor Winfield Ltd on June 1 2015 but it has had its roots in the 15 years that proceeded that date both in terms of its skills and its values. During that time we had focused primarily on the design, manufacture and sales of high precision components and modules in the timing field of telecommunications. Products such as GPS timing references with integrated antennae that enable synchronization for externally available T1 and E1 signals for example, highly stable and reliable oscillator based products for synchronization holdover, IoT/M2M Gateway products based on GSM, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and Differential GPS Navigation products with antennae and amplifiers for military applications (more info at www.navsync.com , a Connor Winfield brand we developed). Along with product developments (and associated CE certification requirements etc) such as these, we manufactured the products also to exacting military standards.
 
In the years since the MBO, we have worked on innovation across a broad sweep of industries, servicing blue chip clients such as Bentley to start-ups who are not house-hold names and so many more in between. Through collaboration with this broad range of companies from blue-chip to lone inventors, we have developed detailed design and engineering solutions for a breakthrough suite of products that deliver on the defined objectives & commercial goals. This has involved integration of various new and older technologies the ones that push the limits of technology or have been tried in a different guise before.

PCB Layout

 PCB layout services is one of the ways that we help our customers get to market faster. Our design team has very significant real world experience designing PCBs for both performance and manufacturability.

CW Applied Technology develops embedded software and firmware for widely used microcontrollers and invests significant time and resources in the research and prototyping of hardware communication protocols, both wired and wireless.
